Dear Owen,

Dear HSFD Team,

Dear Friends and Guests,

It is a great honor for my wife and me, and for all of us at Fabiny,

to be here with you today.

First of all, congratulations on the opening of this impressive new headquarters.

A new building is always a special moment. It reflects vision, courage, hard work, and confidence in the future.

When we see this beautiful facility today, we see much more than a building.

We see the result of many years of dedication and commitment by the entire HSFD team.

For us, today is special for another reason.

Over the years, HSFD has become much more than a business partner.

Through countless projects, visits, discussions, challenges, and successes, we have built a relationship based on trust, respect, and friendship.

When we first started working together, none of us could have imagined where this journey would lead.

Today, standing here with you, we feel not only proud of what our companies have achieved together, but also grateful for the many personal relationships that have grown along the way.

We have always admired Owen’s vision, determination, and dedication, together with the commitment of the HSFD team, and the warm hospitality that has welcomed us every time we have come to Suzhou.

That is why it means so much to us to be invited to take part in today's ceremony.

We truly feel honored to celebrate this important milestone together with you.

On behalf of everyone at Fabiny, I wish HSFD continued success, prosperity, and growth in this beautiful new home.

May this building be filled with innovation, opportunity, and achievement.

May the friendship and partnership between HSFD and Fabiny continue to grow and may we move forward together for many years to come.

Thank you very much.  / Xie Xie
