  • WFC-2000-150 WRIE&BELT Run-off automatic conversion controller is a new type of automatic offset adjustment control valve, which has the advantange that it can automatically switch to the standby offset adjustment and correction valve when the normally operating offset adjustment and correction valve fails without stopping the machine.

    At present, both imported papermachines and domestic paper machines need to stop for replacement or maintenance when the deviation adjusting valve fails, which seriously affects the normal operation of production.

    WFC-2000-150 automatic conversion controller is composed of deviation control device, acousto-opticalarm device, signal automatic conversion device and other components. The main function is to send out an audible and visual deviation alarm indication(this signal can be connected to DCS)through the field when any fault occurs in the normally used deviation adjustment and correction valve(such as the baffle connecting rod shaft is broken,the valve core is stuck, the sensitivity of the valve is reduced and the internal components are damaged, etc.)

    After the wire and belt resumes normal operatiom, the maintenance personnel can dismantle and repair or replace the failed deviation adjustment and correction valve, If it is necessary to resume the use of the deviation adjustment and correction valve after replacment and installation, the automatic converter can be reset. After reset, the deviation adjustment and correction valve will return to its original working state, and the wire and belt willl be automatically corrected. At this time, the standby deviation adjustment and correction valve will automatically close. There is no need to stop the whole process to replace damaged parts. Ensure the operation of production.
